Dying Light 2 Release Date
The first part of Dying Light was released in 2015, and now the time has finally come for the 2nd part of the popular zombie game to be released on consoles on February 4 at 12am.
PC owners will have to be patient for an hour longer, they will only get access to the game at 1 o'clock in the morning. Bad news for Nintendo fans, as the digital version of the game that was also slotted for February 4, will now release later in 2022, perhaps due to performance issues, as Nintendo specs are somewhat lower than other systems on the market. However, nothing official has been announced to explain why Nintendo has pushed back its release.

On Xbox, the preload of Dying Light 2 is available now, on other systems, unfortunately, it will be available 48 hours before release.
Dying Light 2 Platforms
Dying Light 2 is available for pre-order as a standard, deluxe and ultimate edition for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Stadia. Techland has also put the game in the Steam and Epic stores. Here is the overview of the editions as well as their prices.

- The Standard Edition contains only the game and costs $59.99
Dying Light 2 Deluxe Edition
- Via pre-order, the Deluxe Edition is available for $79.99.
The Deluxe Edition includes exclusive story DLC as well as deluxe digital items, including exclusive weapon cards, a legendary skins pack, a digital comic, an art book, and a soundtrack
Dying Light 2 Ultimate Edition
- Prices start at $99.99 on the PlayStation Store and $79.99 on Steam.
The Ultimate Edition includes two-story DLCs that will be available in the coming months, all of the above content, and Ultimate digital items, including crafting items and a two-hour night XP boost.
