Blizzard will release WotLK Classic patch 3.4.3. on October 10, 2023, according to an official announcement on Battle.net. The Icecrown Citadel patch is loaded with lore, challenges, and rewards. Here are some of the highlights that you can expect from the upcoming update:
- Ice Crown Citadel Raid: The centerpiece of this patch is, of course, the Icecrown Citadel itself. This massive fortress stands as the last big raid dungeon of the expansion, packed with 12 boss encounters. It's where we finally get to confront the Lich King, Arthas Menethil, and bring an end to his reign of terror.

- Random Dungeon Finder: Not everyone will like this feature since it has proved its potential to lower social interactions, but it will definitely speed up the group finding process.
- New Titan Rune Dungeons: As expected, WotLK's 5 man dungeons will get another level of difficulty with better loot.
