In FIFA 23, the "What If" promo from years ago will once again be replaced by Fantasy FUT, which we already know from last year. It's one of many FUT events in which players can earn themselves additional upgrades – and the whole thing is even tied to real-life football! It doesn't get any better than this.
We want to put in the work, so you won't have to. In the coming weeks and months, we'll summarize all player upgrades in this FUT Fantasy Tracker. You can always check what rating your stars currently have, what requirements they can still achieve, and which upgrades are unfortunately no longer possible.

FIFA 23 Fantasy FUT Upgrades
It is important for you to know that the requirements per player are not tracked right from their individual release. Match-tracking for ALL special cards starts on March 17, 2023 – from this point on, we'll track the next 6 games in the domestic leagues.
We'll not only see boosts for the OVR, there are also new traits waiting. If you want to check out how the upgrades work, you can do this right here:
The next upgrades should be live on March 23 – but you never know with EA.
FUT Fantasy: Players & Heroes – New Ratings
Similar to the Team of the Week, all Fantasy FUT cards have only gotten a minor upgrade to their original stats. But let's not focus on that, the additional upgrades that are at stake for each card are soooo much more interesting!
Here you can see the current overall rating of all players. We have listed the Heroes in the table first and marked them with an (H). After that, all the "other" FUT Fantasy cards will be covered.
Further down in the article, you can find the trackers for each upgrade requirement – and can see who still has the chance on all upgrades. We bolded players that got upgrades over the weekend.

There is a 99% chance that each Hero will get at least one upgrade. On the other hand, the likelihood of a hero getting both upgrades, is practically 0. That's because it's pretty difficult for every team to avoid defeat in all games.
