GTA 6 Leaks: How Big is the Map Going to Be?

We have been hearing more and more about GTA 6 and now a leaker has also revealed just how big the GTA 6 map is going ot be. Hold onto your chair you won't believe it.

We have been accumulating all important information on everything we know about GTA 6. The story has been revealed by leakers, as well as the setting and a lot of other information has trickled through the grapevine and into the hands of the fans who seem to just get more and more excited for the sixth instalment of the GTA series.

This time around we are going to be looking at the map of Grand Theft Auto 6 and just how much there is going to be to explore. Judging by previous GTA games we know that Rockstar takes great pride in making large maps with a lot to see and do, and GTA 6 won't be any different. But enough blabla, time to check out what we know thanks to the leakers.

Size of GTA 6 Map Revealed

This leak comes thanks to Matheusvictorbr on Twitter. He revealed in a Tweet just how massive the map of GTA 6 is going to be. He explains that the upcoming Grand Theft Auto game will be just as big as Red Dead Redemption 2 and if you've ever played RDR2, then you know just how huge that game was and how much there was to explore.

What was also revealed by the leaker was that GTA 6 is going to have a standalone map which will take players to the Caribbean. Wait... isn't that just like in Red Dead Redemption 2...? Why yes, yes it is.

The primary map is going to be Vice City which we all know by this point, but according to Matheusvictorbr we will also be going to areas outside of Vice City as well... Will we be able to blow up the GTA-version of Disney World? Maybe... maybe not, but it would be funny.

How Reliable Are These Leaks?

We cannot take leaks all too serious since many can be wrong, but this exact leaker has revealed quite a lot of information that seems to have proven correct before. Most notably he revealed that we would be getting two protagonists in the upcoming GTA game.

So, while he is a reliable source, he could still be wrong since the game is still under development and plans change constantly in the game industry. But, we know Rockstar Games and we know that they do make huge worlds for players to explore, so we don't doubt that GTA 6 is going to be massive.
