Resident Evil 4 DLC Discovered In Game Files

The Resident Evil 4 Remake just launched and is another example of an awesome remake of a RE classic. I loved the Resident Evil 2 Remake, we don't talk about RE3 and the RE4 Remake is just crazy good. The new graphics all the gameplay changes... I really enjoy playing it. If you also like it, you should pick up the Red9 to make your life a bit easier.

As always, directly after launch, some eager data miners dug through the game's code and found some interesting files that might hint at a well-known DLC...

Resident Evil 4 Remake Separate Ways DLC Leaked

Data miners found a file called "_anotherorder" in Resident Evil 4's code. "The Another Order", also known as "Separate Ways" is a mini-game in the original Resident Evil 4 and could very well be added as a DLC in the remake.

Thanks to Gosetsu from the RE Wiki Discord, they managed to datamine Resident Evil 4 Remake and find evidence that "The Another Order", otherwise known as "Separate Ways" exists in the files.

Remember Ada Wong, who is also seen in the cinematic after the credits of RE4? She is working for Wesker and in "Separate Ways", we find out, what exactly she has been up to the whole time we tried to save Ashley as Leon.

"Separate Ways" is basically a short campaign where we play as Ada Wong that is set parallel to the regular RE4 campaign with Leon. So while we have our own missions, we will sometimes cross ways with Leon and even help him out once or twice... (not going to spoil anything here).

Since "Separate Ways" was part of every Resdent Evil 4 version except the VR port and the GameCube version, we wouldn't be too surprised if it would be reintroduced to the remake as DLC content.

I'd love to get more content for the Resident Evil 4 Remake and "Separate Ways" would be a great addition. I liked it in the original and I am convinced that new players of the remake are also keen to get another angle on the story.
