Dead Island 2 is going to be released this year and now developer Dambuster Studios and publisher Deep Silver have revealed some interesting information for fans.

The game is going to be released earlier than initially anticipated, which means you can enjoy the zombie hacking and all the gruesome fun way sooner than originally thought.

New Dead Island 2 Release Date Revealed

On the game's official Twitter page it was revealed that the game would be released a week earlier than originally planned. Yes, you read that right. Dead Island 2 is going to come out on April 21, 2023.

Will Dead Island 2 be a part of the list?

Dead Island was supposed to come out early February, but had been delayed to the end of April. Now they've changed the date once more, meaning the final touches seem to be going well ahead of the game's release.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is also set to release in April, having been delayed by a month from its original release in March. Dead Island 2 and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor were set to release on the same date, but with the recent announcement fans won't have to worry about that anymore.
